Odd.A.See – Review

Odd.a.see review 001The War on Terror has led to thousands of dead soldiers, trillions of wasted dollars, and an entire generation of Americans who cannot remember a time when the nation was at peace.  There is also an emerging generation of artists who were just children in 2001.  Someone who was taking Intro To Drama in their freshman year of college in September 2001 would now be about 30 and have never produced a work of theater during peacetime.   Recently theater artists have begun drawing parallels between America’s wars in the Middle East and the Trojan War.  The Greek army had ten years of pointless conflict at Troy, but poor Odysseus got stuck with an additional ten years trying to get back home.  A similar post-war odyssey is no doubt in store for many American soldiers, and this is the inspiration for Odd.A.See by the Exquisite Corpse Company.  Continue Reading
